2. How do I create an account on GetGreat.com?

To create an account, click on the Login button on the top right of the homepage, or the Subscribe/Login button in the red and white box at the top or any page on GetGreat.com. In the Login or Register page, select "I don't have a GetGreat.com account", and complete the requested fields. Before you click Login, make sure to double-check the spelling of your e-mail address. Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

3. I was an GetGreat.com subscriber in the past, and want to subscribe again, am I a new user?

No, you should sign in as an existing account holder. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the Forgot Your Password link. If your e-mail address or any other information has changed, you can update your account once you have logged in.

4. How do I change my e-mail address?

Click on the Login button on the top right of the homepage, or the Subscribe/Login button in the red and white box at the top of any other page on GetGreat.com. Select "I already have a GetGreat.com account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click Login.

Once you've been directed to the Homeplate page, click the "Account Info" tab along the top of the page. In the grey box on the lefthand side of the Account Info page, click "Email Preferences." In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your new e-mail address, along with your original password, and click "Save".

5. How do I change my password?

Log in to your GetGreat.com account, or if you already logged in, click on the "Account Info" tab that appears on the top of any GetGreat.com page.

In the grey box on the lefthand side of the Account Info page, click "Password Preferences." In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your current password, as well as your new password (twice to confirm the spelling) and then click "Save ". Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

6. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on the Login button on the top right of the homepage, or the Subscribe/Login button in the red and white box at the top of any other page on GetGreat.com. On the following page, click on the Forgot Your Password link. This will reset your password to a randomly generated one that will be e-mailed to the address you use for your GetGreat.com account. Check your email and use the password sent to you to log in to the account. Once you are logged in, follow the instructions from the answer to question number five to set up a new password.

7. I clicked Forgot Your Password and did not receive a new password e-mail.

If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address you signed up with, then please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-426-4579 or send an e-mail to getgreat@website.mlb.com

8. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters and alerts?

Log in to your GetGreat.com account, or if you already logged in, click on the "Account Info" tab that appears on the top of any GetGreat.com page. In the grey box on the lefthand side of the Account Info page, click "Newsletter Preferences." On the next page, you can select or deselect the newsletters you would like to subscribe to, as well as the format in which you can receive them. When you are finished, click on the "Save" button.

9. How can I save or update my billing information?

Log in to your GetGreat.com account, or if you already logged in, click on the "Account Info" tab that appears on the top of any GetGreat.com page. In the grey box on the lefthand side of the Account Info page, click "Wallet Preferences." On the next page, fill out all of the required information on this page and then click on the "Save My Wallet" button.
